Near the top of the Dashboard, Supplier hub shows one figure, for example 78% in date, with a bar and a short breakdown. It answers "how much of our supplier register is up to date?" in one number.
The parts
| Part | Which suppliers it counts | In date when |
|---|---|---|
| Certificates and documents in date | Suppliers with at least one dated certificate or document | None of them has expired. Documents replaced by a newer version don't count. |
| Contracts with notice dates recorded | Live suppliers (Active or Under review) | There's a contract end date and a notice period. Shown when the Renewals module is on. |
| Live suppliers with go-live sign-off | Live suppliers | A named go-live sign-off is recorded, or the supplier is recorded as in use before SupplierVault. |
| Suppliers reviewed on schedule | Live suppliers with a risk review cycle or a contract review cycle | Neither the risk review nor the contract review is overdue. |
| Onboarding moving | Suppliers in onboarding (Intake to Negotiation) | Something has been done on the supplier in the last 14 days: a change to its record, a task completed or added, or an activity entry. |
| Bank details verified | Live suppliers | The penny test passed, the call-back is done and no bank detail change is waiting. Shown when Payments & accounts is on. |
| Financial health indicators OK | Suppliers that have Companies House financial health indicators | The rating is OK, not Watch or Concern. Professional plan and above. |
How the figure is worked out
Each part counts one check for every supplier it applies to. The figure adds up every check across all the parts, so a part with more suppliers counts for more. Closed suppliers are left out, and a part with no suppliers to check is left out too. Select the ? next to "Supplier hub" to see the counts behind the figure, for example "112 of 144".
The bar is green from 90%, amber from 70%, and red below that.
Seeing the suppliers behind a part
Select a part, for example Bank details verified. Under the breakdown you'll see each supplier that isn't in date, with the reason, such as "Penny test or call-back not recorded". Select a supplier to open its record at the right section. Select the part again to close the list.
Whose suppliers are counted
- Only suppliers you can see. If your access is limited to some areas, or your team covers set areas, the figure covers those suppliers only.
- The Area filter at the top applies too: the panel then reads, for example, "Supplier hub · Technology".
