Good suppliers do better work for customers who are easy to work with. A supplier feedback cycle asks your supplier contacts how it is to work with you: how quickly you pay, how clear your requirements are, how you communicate, and what one thing you should change.
Ask your suppliers
- Open Supplier reviews and click New review cycle (or Ask suppliers for feedback on the How suppliers see us tab).
- Choose How is it working with us? (suppliers), or your own supplier questionnaire.
- Pick the suppliers. Each supplier's contacts with an email address on its record are suggested; the main contact is ticked. Only contacts on the supplier's record can be asked, so add someone to the supplier first if they're missing.
- Set the dates and launch. Each contact gets a personal link and can answer without an account.
The How suppliers see us tab
- How suppliers rate us: the latest cycle's overall score across every supplier who answered (that you can see).
- Change on the cycle before, in percentage points.
- Would recommend us: the share who said yes.
- Lowest-rated: the question with the lowest average, a good place to start.
- Trend: the overall score for each feedback cycle, as a percentage of the scale so cycles with different scales compare fairly.
- Each question, compared with the cycle before, and What suppliers said.
- By supplier: each supplier's score for you.
Only admins see which supplier contact wrote a comment.
Turn feedback into improvements
Add as an improvement next to a question logs an internal improvement: one about how your organisation works rather than about one supplier. Next to a comment, it opens a new internal improvement with the comment filled in, for you to check and save. Internal improvements appear in Service improvement under your organisation's name, and follow the same steps from idea to a checked benefit.
Reports
The How suppliers see us report on the Reports page lists each feedback cycle with its overall score, every question's score and what suppliers wrote, ready to print or download for Excel.
