Switch on only the modules you use
Twelve modules on top of the core, each switched on or off by an admin. Here is what each one does and which plan includes it.
SupplierVault is modular. An admin switches modules on and off in Modules & forms, so it fits how your team already works. Switching a module off hides its page, its record sections and its Dashboard items, but never deletes its data. Prices are by plan, not by module.
Always on
The Dashboard, supplier records, onboarding, tasks and stakeholders are part of every organisation and can't be switched off.

| Module | What it adds | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Procurement & sourcing | Requirements, requests for information and proposals, weighted scoring, award decisions and tender savings. | Professional and above |
| Purchase requests | One-off purchases from approved suppliers: anyone can ask, the budget holder signs off, checks run and a purchase order goes to the supplier. | All plans |
| Supplier portal | Suppliers complete their own onboarding and exit forms, sign online and keep certificates up to date, instead of your team keying them in. | Professional and above |
| Governance framework | Segmentation, governance meetings, escalation paths, RACI, review cycles and the savings register. | Professional and above |
| Service improvement | A register of improvement ideas, followed through to delivered and checked benefits. | Professional and above |
| Third-party risk | Risk requests and register, inherent and residual risk, re-assessment reminders and certificates, plus the AI in use page. | Professional and above |
| AI management (ISO/IEC 42001) | Off until you switch it on. An AI register, AI risk and impact assessments, AI policy, Statement of Applicability, audits, management reviews and an evidence pack. | Professional and above |
| Payments & accounts | The Finance set-up form, penny test and call-back, invoices and payment holds when bank details change. | All plans |
| Spend & consumption | Commitment drawdown, usage, run-rate forecasts, overage and invoice-to-usage checks. | All plans |
| Renewals & notice | Review windows, notice deadlines, auto-renewal warnings and the renewal workflow. | All plans |
| Offboarding | The exit checklist and supplier exit forms: notice, data return, access removed and final payments. | All plans |
| AI assistant | Ask about your suppliers in plain English and have it draft emails, purchase requests and improvement ideas for you to check. | All plans (fair-use allowance) |
Four ready-made setups
When you set up, pick the setup closest to how you work. It switches the modules for you; you can then switch single modules on or off and edit any form or question.
| Setup | Best for | Switches off |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier management + procurement | One team runs everything from sourcing to exit. | Nothing |
| Supplier management office | Procurement is a separate team. | Sourcing |
| Finance-led onboarding | Accounts payable sets suppliers up: forms, penny test and payments. | Sourcing, governance, spend, renewals and third-party risk |
| Third-party risk office | A risk team runs assessments, governance and exit. | Sourcing, payments and spend |
The AI management module stays off in every setup until you switch it on.
A view for each team
On the Professional plan and above, teams such as IT procurement, IT supplier management and Facilities can each have their own areas, modules and go-live sign-off rules, and suppliers pass to the right team when they go live. See Teams.

Your free month includes every module. You can also switch modules on and off in the live demo without signing up. For step-by-step set-up, read Modules and forms.
